The Dream Team
Meet your future cabinet: The Dream Team!
We're a diverse slate with a multitude of ideas that are coming together to encourage and create positive change on campus. We feel strongly about equalizing the student experience campus-wide, regardless of whether you're a student who takes in-person classes or is a commuter. We're passionate about uplifting student voices and want to work together with administration to help uplift campus as a whole.

Your President & Vice President
We're two 21-year-old women of color who have been active members of ASPSU since 2020. We have worked in the Student Fee Committee for the last two years and are so excited to bring what we've learned to lead the next administration!
We met each other in our FRINQ class during our first year of college and have been working together ever since. Getting to work so closely together this past year as SFC Chair and Vice Chair has been so rewarding.
But, we're ready to take on ASPSU at large!

Your President
From the 2022 ASPSU Voter Ballot:
"As ASPSU President, I am eager to hear from PSU students about what changes they want to see in their school and educational experience. As in my previous positions, I promise to be the person who takes action and brings change. I promise to keep the best interest of the students at heart while also placing heavy interest in the building a safe, inclusive and fun community on campus as we all deserve the best educational experience."
From the 2022 ASPSU Voter Ballot:
"I am a Graduate student in the Master’s of Real Estate Development which allows me to look at problems and solutions from a more analytical viewpoint. I will also serve the students of Portland State with the highest levels of care, compassion and empathy possible. Both of which I believe are key to serving and leading the students of Portland State in the best way. I promise inclusive and engaging programming and events as well as clear, consistent, and transparent communication to the student body regarding relevant topics to the PSU student body."
Your Vice President
From the 2022 ASPSU Voter Ballot:
"I’ve been at Portland State for four years and I plan to continue my education here as a Graduate student. I’ve been serving in the Associated Students of Portland State University for two years and approaching my third. I started my journey in ASPSU in the Student Fee Committee where I began as an SFC member then became the Vice-Chair with my Presidential candidate, Kierra Wing, as the Chair. I’ve been really grateful for my time in this committee because it has really given me the opportunity to work as an advocate for the student body."
From the 2022 ASPSU Voter Ballot:
"As Vice President of the Student Body, I would aim to ramp up our organization’s efforts to communicate with everyone. I would use my experience in leading the Student Fee Committee to my leadership in ASPSU. I would optimize the inner workings of ASPSU in order to better achieve our mission in serving our community. And lastly, I would continue what I tried to do in the SFC, which is to continuously get student input so that I can be the best advocate for student voices that I can be. We are ready to listen and engage the student body to create the needed change among campus."
